Overview

CoVerified aims to be the central hub for all COVID-19 information on your campus. The CoVerified mobile application allows users to report symptoms, contacts, test results, vaccinations and schedule tests while the administrative dashboard allows administrators to have an overview of their campus at all times. The basic information flow between the systems is outlined below.

  1. University configures campus settings in CoVerified.

  2. University uploads user information (at least ID number and email address). This can also include demographic and contact information.

  3. User (Students/Staff/Faculty) receives email with link to download app and register (enters all remaining information needed for registration and state reporting).

  4. User downloads application from App Store/Google Play Store or uses the web-interface.

  5. User logs in using SSO. Non-SSO users login with a temporary password.

  6. User can report symptoms, contacts, tests, vaccinations and schedule tests using the mobile application/web-interface

  7. Report and analytics can be viewed by the administrators in the web portal.

  8. Administrators can send real-time notifications to users.
